Tapioca pudding

To prepare the slow cooker tapioca pudding dessert, you need 4 cups of whole milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 3 egg yolks, 2/3 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of small tapioca pearls, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Put the sugar, salt, milk, tapioca pearls, and the vanilla extract in the slow cooker, and whisk them until the sugar melts. Afterward, either turn the slow cooker to the lowest setting and let it cook for 4 hours, or turn it to the high setting and let it cook for 2 hours. During this time, stir the pudding occasionally. When the time passes, whisk the egg yolks in a bowl until they become smooth. Mix 1 tablespoon of the pudding into the yolks until they combine perfectly. Continue to do this until you get 2 cups of yolks and pudding. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and whisk until the egg yolks thicken the pudding. Continue to cook the composition in the slow cooker until it reaches the thickness you prefer. Preferably, you should let it cook for 30 minutes on the high setting or 1 hour of the low setting.
