Definitely, the easiest dessert to prepare on the grill is the grilled fruit kabob. Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes. Afterward, put the fruits of your choice that you have cut into pieces in the skewer. Grill the fruit skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, and serve. The best fruits to use for this dessert are strawberries, peaches, apricots, pineapple, and plums.

2. Grilled pineapple with coconut sorbet

For this dessert, you need vegetable oil, 1 pineapple that you peel and cut into 4 thick slices, 1 cup of coconut sorbet, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, and 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Heat the gas grill to medium and lightly oil the grates. Toss the pineapple with cayenne and honey in a bowl. Grill the pineapple slices for about 15 minutes, turning them once after about 7-8 minutes. Serve the pineapples with the coconut sorbet, and garnish this dessert with mint.

3. Stuffed bananas

To make stuffed bananas, cut the bananas 2/3 of the way through, while making sure that the skin on the other side of the bananas remains intact. Squish the ends of the bananas towards one another to make a larger cavity. In the cavity, add marshmallows, nuts, and chocolate chips. Wrap each banana in aluminum foil, and place it on the grill for about 5 minutes.

4. Cake & berry cobbler

To prepare cake and berry cobbler on the grill, you need 2 cans of raspberry pie filling, half a cup of canola oil, 1 package of yellow cake mix, and one and a half cup of water. Line a Dutch oven with aluminum foil and add the raspberry pie filling. Combine the water, oil, and cake mix in a bowl, and spread it over the raspberry pie filling. Cover the Dutch oven and put in on the gas grill. Let it cook for about 40 minutes, and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

5. Dessert pizza

Surprisingly enough, you can even make delicious dessert pizza on the grill. Grill the pizza dough until it’s cooked on both sides. When the pizza dough is done, remove it from the grill and spread chocolate peanut butter on it. Last but not least, top it with sliced fruits.
