Our sweets are always made from scratch using fresh ingredients. We use flour, butter (canola oil in 2 varieties of cupcakes), eggs, sugar, fine quality vanilla, chocolates and cocoas, freshly squeezed citrus juices and zests, real fruit and roasted, crunchy nuts. The frosting is made from butter and/or cream cheese, natural flavorings and fruit purees. Never any added preservatives and no trans fats.
What does a Sweetness cupcake taste like?
It has a medium texture -- not too light and not too dense. It is supposed to crumble. Boxed mix cupcakes have a spongy texture due to preservatives and processed ingredients.
Please keep in mind that when you place your order, the cupcakes are best enjoyed right away. Because there are no preservatives, the cupcakes will tend to dry out more quickly.
Special Dietary Needs.
I understand that some people have specific dietary needs for health, religious or other reasons. I do offer vegan and vegetarian selections.
Organic Selections.
As there becomes a demand for organic products in our market, I am able to offer organic baked goods. However, due to the cost of organic products, prices will be $5 higher then what is stated on the website for each selection.
